What you'll do

• Determine borrowing customers’ needs and develop loan structures with Commercial Banking Executives
• request, review, and analyze company and guarantor financial information
• assess new credit requests and recommend risk ratings
• identify policy exceptions
• lead due diligence discussions and prepare term sheets and deal-screen presentations
• conduct cash flow, trend, and sensitivity analyses
• monitor financial covenants and reporting requirements
• assist with renewals, extensions, and annual credit reviews.
