What you'll do

• Organize, stock, and rotate seafood inventory in cold storage
• sanitize work surfaces, floors, and equipment
• sort and pack products
• inspect raw materials and finished goods for abnormalities
• document cleaning and production metrics
• unload and place products in designated storage
• label and record received or distributed items
• arrange products for processing
• operate forklifts or other motorized equipment when necessary
• maintain inventory records
• and process returned products by alerting production managers.
