This position is part of a dynamic team within the Used Truck Center, where the incumbent will be empowered to develop a career in transportation and logistics. The role is designed to provide comprehensive training in vehicle sales, rental, finance, operations, HR, and marketing. The trainee will support sales managers in achieving location objectives, call on prospective customers, and maintain relationships with existing accounts to improve retention and sales performance.

What you'll do

• Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts using aggressive telephone marketing.
• Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
• Support Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving location quotas and objectives.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks in support of location management.
