What you'll do

• Manage PAGA claims and litigation strategy
• oversee discovery, legal filings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• advise clients on California labor-law compliance and audits
• assist with wage-and-hour, classification, and meal/rest-break policies
• assess legal developments
• develop client relationships and business
• deliver presentations and training
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff
• review legal work.
