The director leads the operating model for evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday operations across a 24/7 housing portfolio. The role supervises shift leaders, provides senior escalation for significant incidents, and coordinates with housing, safety, facilities, and property teams to support reliable, resident-centered operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the after-hours operating model and provide senior escalation and decision-making
• supervise and develop the On-Call Manager and shift supervisors
• support frontline staffing and response systems
• coordinate serious incidents and building disruptions
• partner on safety and emergency preparedness
• maintain procedures, escalation protocols, contact trees, and reference materials
• lead after-action reviews and operational improvements
• monitor trends and strengthen cross-department coordination.
