What you'll do

• Provide customer service to members and staff
• assist with membership sales, check-ins, product promotions, and new member enrollments
• answer phones and manage front-desk operations
• support club cleanliness and promote group fitness and tanning programs
• meet service expectations
• support the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and personal-training lead generation
• respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
• maintain accurate procedures and records
• attend required meetings and training.
