What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members
• help maintain a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere
• serve as a resource for team members
• set clear benchmarks and expectations for shifts
• follow up on team performance
• respond to immediate store needs
• help ensure guests receive exceptional service
• execute and support compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and programs
• report plans, goals, and other information to the General Manager.
