The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Day Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Colby, KS, paying $18.00–$19.80 per hour. Colby Health and Rehab provides rehabilitation nursing care to residents. The CNA provides resident care according to care plans, assists with activities of daily living, records vital signs and weight, observes and reports changes, and helps residents with repositioning and range of motion. The role supports residents’ daily care and well-being as part of the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transfers, toileting, oral care, skin care, and catheter care
• follow resident care plans and assignment cards
• visit and reposition residents as required
• record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight
• perform range of motion as needed
• observe and report changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, or behavior
• maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies.
