What you'll do

• Prepare beer, wine, classic cocktails, and specialty drinks
• take orders and process payments using the POS system
• maintain accurate tabs and drink standards
• check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements
• maintain and restock the bar
• complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side work
• communicate with restaurant teammates.
