This position oversees clinical department operations and clinical care, supervises clinicians, manages a student caseload, and supports individualized therapeutic services. It also advances program quality through staff and parent training, outcome studies, policy implementation, and improvement of clinical processes.

What you'll do

• Oversee clinical and administrative school policies and treatment approaches with the Clinical Director
• monitor department goals and quality improvement
• manage staff and parent training records
• support regulatory and accreditation compliance
• provide clinical supervision to clinicians
• manage a student caseload
• coordinate clinical training
• conduct outcome studies
• improve processes
• participate in the on-call rotation
• and oversee student and family goals and electronic clinical records.
