The Community Canvasser — Protect Reproductive Rights role is onsite in Escondido, CA. Canvasser pay starts at $23 per hour; team leader pay starts at $25 per hour. The Outreach Team is conducting voter outreach in support of Planned Parenthood Action Fund's effort to protect reproductive rights and encourage voter participation. The role engages voters through door-to-door outreach, shares campaign messages, and collects survey responses. Team leaders also support a small field group, ensure canvassers have needed materials, and assist with training and administrative work. Shifts run Tuesday through Sunday, 12:00 PM–7:45 PM, through November 3, with possible advancement afterward.

What you'll do

• Engage the public respectfully
• deliver campaign messages and collect complete voter survey answers
• participate in staff training and follow campaign safety protocols. Team leaders additionally check in with canvassers in the field, debrief at day's end, ensure they have materials, and assist directors with training and administrative work.
