What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and technical documents
• identify and quantify labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other costs
• prepare estimates and project schedules
• develop cash-flow schedules
• communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, representatives, and design teams
• support Operations with bid planning and documentation
• maintain historical cost information
• assist with bid delivery and openings
• create invitations to bid and addenda.
