The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Delano, CA, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $41–$43 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based dietary counseling
• monitor client progress and adjust plans
• meet quarterly client visit and outcome targets
• develop individualized meal plans and nutrition strategies
• document sessions and outcomes in electronic health records
• use data and pipelines to identify potential clients
• maintain licensure and professional development
• coordinate care and referrals with an interdisciplinary team
• educate clients on label reading, portions, and nutrition
• prepare progress reports
• participate in population health initiatives and community outreach.
