What you'll do

• Maintain nursing employee contact lists
• track and report attendance, tardiness, and absences
• coordinate modified-duty schedules with HR and the Director of Nursing
• assist staff with scheduling questions and forms
• create and maintain monthly nursing schedules
• resolve staffing concerns
• prepare new-hire badges, time cards, and schedules
• track certifications and licenses while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• prepare nursing payroll and manage agency staffing.
