What you'll do

• Establish behavioral health clinical standards and approve policies within delegated authority
• oversee behavioral health credentialing and chair the Credentialing Committee
• consult on utilization management criteria and decisions
• review significant incidents and recommend corrective actions
• evaluate emerging practices and outcomes
• advise on complex provider and operational issues
• represent the organization in external surveys and reviews.
