What you'll do

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
• set service, mobile service, and priority pickup appointments
• send service reminders and conduct survey follow-up
• coordinate the service shuttle
• ask qualifying questions and direct calls appropriately
• maintain customer relationships and commitments
• promptly relay messages to service advisors
• participate in team and process development.
