What you'll do

• hire, develop, coach, and manage the team. Handle inventory, shipments, returns, trade-ins, cash and payment media, audits, paperwork, and store appearance. Provide consultative sales and customer support for activations, account changes, bill payments, device replacements, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades. Represent the company at community events.
