The Behavior Interventionist Trainer (ABA) role is based onsite in Fresno, CA, with live ABA training cohorts conducted remotely. Pay is $24.00–$27.00 per hour. The trainer supports 360 Behavioral Health’s effort to prepare confident clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA services. The role exists to welcome, train, and mentor new Behavior Interventionists through onboarding, helping them build the knowledge and readiness to provide ABA services. It also supports consistent training by tracking participation, sharing feedback, and helping improve training programs.
