What you'll do

• Lead quality-of-earnings, financial due diligence, and transaction advisory engagements
• provide CFO advisory services in financial planning, performance improvement, and operational optimization
• advise on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• analyze financial statements, cash flow, working capital, and operational metrics
• present findings to executives and stakeholders
• develop client relationships and business opportunities
• mentor junior team members
• manage multiple engagements for quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
