What you'll do

• Lead post-LOI operational and financial diligence
• establish financial baselines and initial growth strategies with Finance and leadership
• guide transitions through Day 1, Day 30, and Day 100
• develop customized Partner Work Plans
• align internal leaders and resources
• own assigned portfolio financial and operational performance
• lead Partner Business Reviews and corrective actions
• serve as strategic advisor to physician partners
• manage mature partnerships
• build the Partner Integration function, team, processes, metrics, and integration playbook.
