Tower Foreman

What you'll do

• Lead and support tower crews in wireless tower work
• plan daily jobs and assign tasks
• enforce company, OSHA, and client safety requirements
• conduct and document Job Safety Analyses, toolbox talks, and site inspections
• oversee installation, maintenance, modification, and removal of wireless equipment, mounts, lines, and antennas
• verify rigging, hoisting, grounding, and fall-protection practices
• coordinate with project managers, clients, and partners
• maintain job reports and material records
• train and evaluate crew members
• perform quality checks
• travel to job sites and ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are ready.

Why this role

Requires three to five years of wireless tower construction, maintenance, or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the listed climbing, fall-protection and rescue, OSHA 10-hour, First Aid and CPR, RFS, PPC, and Sweep and PIM certifications. High school diploma or GED required; travel is required as needed.
