What you'll do

• Lead regional projects, improvement meetings, and problem-solving
• implement operations-improvement programs while maintaining company standards
• review warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, inventory, and office processes
• develop procedures, visual tools, operating reviews, labor plans, and performance checks
• improve warehouse layout, product flow, picking, staging, loading, inventory accuracy, and productivity
• track project plans and results
• analyze operating and financial measures
• coordinate with support teams
• support branch openings, consolidations, acquisitions, and system rollouts as assigned.
