Job overview

What you'll do
- Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans
- assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
- help residents get out of bed and engage as required by care plans
- support applicable therapeutic, neuro/dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs
- collaborate under the Charge Nurse
- communicate with residents, families, and staff
- maintain a safe environment.
