Compensation Manager

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale compensation and rewards consulting engagements
• direct and review complex analyses
• develop compensation strategies, philosophies, structures, and programs
• advise executives and HR leaders on pay strategy, market competitiveness, job architecture, and program design
• design and support incentive plans
• translate market data into recommendations
• support digital implementation of compensation solutions
• manage client relationships
• present findings to executive audiences
• guide junior team members
• identify client opportunities and cross-selling
• contribute to proposals, statements of work, presentations, and commercial activities
• use technology, analytics, and AI where appropriate.
