Restoration Technician — Water, Fire, and Mold

The Restoration Technician role is onsite in Omaha, NE, and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $18–$25 per hour. Restoration 1 of Omaha provides water, fire, and mold restoration services to help homeowners and businesses recover from property damage. The role exists to mitigate and restore damaged properties through hands-on cleanup and restoration work. Technicians perform extraction, demolition, drying, and dehumidification, set up equipment, assist with fire and mold cleanup, and document work performed.

What you'll do

• Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and dehumidification
• set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment
• assist with fire and smoke cleanup and mold remediation
• communicate with customers and team members
• maintain work vehicles and equipment
• complete documentation of work performed.

Why this role

Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required; paid training is provided. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and availability for on-call shifts including some evenings and weekends.
