Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Ensure assigned quality engineering activities comply with ISO 13485, applicable FDA and quality-system requirements, customer requirements, and company procedures. Review drawings, specifications, bills of materials, work instructions, inspection criteria, labeling, packaging, and quality records. Support production readiness, FMEA, control plans, inspection strategy, PPAP, and qualification planning. Apply statistical tools
• develop acceptance criteria and inspection methods
• plan and document qualifications and validations
• support product release, containment, nonconformance disposition, and line issue resolution. Investigate complaints, deviations, audit findings, and corrective actions
• analyze quality data and support handoffs and post-launch monitoring.
