Operating Room Nurse Manager

The Operating Room Nurse Manager role is onsite in Hermiston, OR, with a day schedule of 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and pay of $100–$105 per hour. The position oversees perioperative services and supports safe, efficient, high-quality surgical care. The manager leads the multidisciplinary operating room team and oversees clinical quality, staffing, workflow, resources, compliance, and performance improvement. The role contributes to patient outcomes by coordinating surgical operations, developing staff, and partnering with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
