What you'll do

• Perform accounting, clerical, and analytical tasks related to bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable
• maintain accounts payable and cash disbursement journals
• dispense petty cash and client assistance funds after verifying documentation
• interact with banks and make deposits
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• prepare cost reports and reimbursement vouchers
• maintain accounting files
• capture and report expenditures and request reimbursement for grants and contracts
• compile supporting documents for grant vouchers
• assist with financial statements, analysis, and accounting policies and procedures.
