What you'll do

• Lead HVAC technicians and supervisors on safety, professionalism, productivity, quality, and customer service
• set performance expectations and support development
• lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance
• maintain required certifications and licenses
• provide technical guidance on complex troubleshooting
• conduct quality audits and ride-alongs
• coach and train staff
• monitor callbacks, workmanship, utilization, and customer satisfaction
• coordinate with dispatch and operations
• support recruiting and retention
• identify service opportunities
• monitor financial performance
• participate in forecasting and budgeting
• and support customer escalations.
