What you'll do

• Plan daily staffing and assign work
• lead, train, and evaluate quality associates
• optimize workflows using RF scanners and WMS
• approve timecards and monitor productivity
• direct quality checks during picking, packing, and staging
• ensure compliance with FDA, DHS, Hazmat rules, and company procedures
• oversee documentation for international and hazardous-material shipments
• investigate complaints and inventory discrepancies
• communicate with clients and internal teams.
