What you'll do

• Lead nursing services and patient-care delivery across locations
• oversee clinical operations and staffing, resources, equipment, supplies, and medication use
• supervise, coach, and validate competencies
• build teams through hiring, training, and coaching
• set goals and drive performance improvement
• manage policy compliance, budgets, and results
• oversee safety, HR, labor relations, training, and quality functions
• maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• monitor metrics and cost control
• ensure emergency preparedness
• lead process and technology improvements.
