What you'll do

• Perform unit make-readies and intermediate repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and painting
• assist with grounds upkeep, janitorial work, snow removal, and pool water management if applicable
• participate in move-in and move-out inspections
• complete preventive maintenance and inventory tasks
• respond to periodic after-hours emergency requests as part of the designated on-call rotation.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an emergency on-call rotation. Requires at least one year of related maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
