The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior Technician position is part-time and onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour. Lighthouse provides ABA therapy services for children with autism and other special needs in New York City. The technician delivers individualized one-on-one therapy under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision. The work supports children’s skill development, independence, communication, and well-being through treatment implementation, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one sessions using individualized treatment plans
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• collect assessment and progress data
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• update parents and caregivers
• document sessions
• participate in training and professional development.
