What you'll do

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare estimates for commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction
• perform material takeoffs and evaluate labor, equipment, and material costs
• obtain and verify vendor pricing
• identify scope gaps and risks
• collaborate with project managers and team members during bidding.
