The Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Engineer role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with an annual salary range of $100,000–$130,000. The engineer supports Capital Technology Group’s secure, mission-critical federal systems and agency clients. The role exists to implement and maintain enterprise PKI services in complex secure environments. It contributes to reliable certificate services by supporting PKI architecture, infrastructure automation, cloud systems, containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and certificate lifecycle users.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain PKI architecture under the guidance of the PKI subject matter expert
• build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Harness
• automate provisioning and configuration of Windows and Linux infrastructure
• manage Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and EKS workloads
• administer AWS EC2 and RDS infrastructure
• provide user support for certificate lifecycle.
