What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care

• educate patients about overdose risk, smoking cessation, medication effects, and medication-assisted therapies
• coordinate with clinicians and other staff
• document care and responses
• monitor safety and revise care plans as needed.
