What you'll do
- Support and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations for a home health team
- guide, support, and coach clinicians
- review documentation for Medicare and regulatory compliance
- monitor care quality, patient outcomes, and clinical performance
- collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- help clinicians address clinical and documentation challenges
- promote adherence to agency policies and clinical standards
- travel locally as needed.

Why this role
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; primarily office-based with local travel as needed. Requires an active, unencumbered Florida RN license, at least two years of RN experience, one year of skilled home health experience, and Medicare OASIS proficiency. Administrative on-call pay is offered.
