The CNC Operator — Mills and Lathes role is onsite in Walton Hills, OH. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Meador Manufacturing is a family-owned precision CNC machine shop producing machined parts. The operator sets up, runs, and maintains Haas CNC mills and lathes to produce components that meet quality standards. The role monitors production quality, troubleshoots equipment, and works with programmers, quality staff, and other operators to meet delivery goals.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain Haas CNC mills and lathes
• load programs, install tooling, and set offsets
• monitor first-piece and in-process quality and adjust as needed
• read blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets
• troubleshoot
• maintain a clean and safe work area and accurate production documentation.
