What you'll do

• Develop and execute the retail merchandising and leasing strategy
• source and evaluate prospective tenants
• lead lease negotiations and coordinate lease execution
• maintain leasing forecasts and market intelligence
• collaborate with development, asset management, operations, marketing, construction, finance, and legal teams
• coordinate tenant improvements and openings
• track leasing performance against budgets and occupancy goals.
