What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee nursing services
• allocate department resources
• collaborate with the Executive Director, Medical Director, departments, and care professionals
• assess patients for admission and conduct ongoing nursing assessments
• supervise and evaluate nursing staff
• participate in recruitment and hiring
• perform direct nursing care when needed
• conduct weekly medication and physician order reviews
• provide client and staff education
• monitor infection control data and administer TB tests
• prepare for licensing and accreditation visits
• maintain regulatory compliance.
