The Water/Wastewater Project Manager is an onsite position in Loveland, CO. The typical salary range is $110,000–$140,000 per year; part-time and full-time positions are available. RESPEC is employee-owned and works on infrastructure resilience, sustainability, energy transition, and other complex challenges. This role leads water and wastewater projects from planning through completion, balancing scope, budget, schedule, technical quality, and regulatory requirements. It also helps develop the Loveland-area Water/Wastewater group and deliver solutions for clients and communities.

What you'll do

• Lead water and wastewater projects from conception through completion
• coordinate objectives and technical requirements with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• conduct engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and design
• prepare and review reports, plans, specifications, and deliverables
• manage permitting and regulatory compliance
• conduct site visits and assessments
• provide construction-phase technical guidance
• manage construction activities and project documentation
• address design changes and issues
• track industry practices and technology.
