The Wellness Advocate, Food Safety & Cleanliness Quality Lead works onsite in Douglasville, GA. Compensation is $46,000–$52,000 per year. The role supports Nutrition Nest at Preserve Life, an integrated wellness destination combining a longevity clinic, beauty boutique, retail store, and restaurant, scheduled to open in December 2025. This role establishes and maintains food safety, sanitation, cleaning, and employee risk-management practices across the operation. Through inspections, staff training, certification and records management, and corrective-action coordination, the lead helps prepare the department for a safe and compliant launch.

What you'll do

• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• conduct audits and inspections
• identify operational and employee safety risks
• develop and update risk protocols
• lead incident reporting and corrective actions
• oversee cleaning schedules and task lists
• maintain food safety certifications and inspection records
• coordinate EcoLab and regulatory inspections
• train staff on safety, sanitation, cleaning, and risk procedures
• assist with special cleaning projects and other assigned initiatives.
