What you'll do

• Oversee daily production and packaging operations on two high-speed lines
• collaborate with quality assurance, warehousing, sanitation, and maintenance
• improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness by addressing bottlenecks and downtime
• implement Lean Manufacturing principles
• lead, coach, and develop the team
• maintain health, safety, and food safety standards, including GMP, SQF, and HACCP protocols.

Why this role
