What you'll do

• Lead organizational gap analyses across functions, processes, governance, workforce, information management, tools, and stakeholder engagement. Conduct interviews, working sessions, document reviews, data collection, and workflow analysis
• identify gaps and root causes
• develop prioritized remediation recommendations
• and prepare assessments, roadmaps, reports, briefings, and decision-support materials for senior government leadership.
