Assembly and Test Technician — Process Gas Analyzers

The Assembly and Test Technician — Process Gas Analyzers role is onsite in Houston, TX. The stated pay rate is $30.00–$33.94 per hour. The technician reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and supports analyzer testing and evaluation. The role exists to verify that process and natural gas analyzers meet customer specifications and function reliably. It contributes to manufacturing quality by testing hardware and applications, troubleshooting electrical and analytical issues, documenting results, and providing data and accurate customer documentation.

What you'll do

• Test process and natural gas gas chromatographs
• troubleshoot electrical and analytical system issues
• test hardware and use chromatography software
• review application specifications, blend gases, repair electronic and mechanical problems, program and test controllers, and check valves
• test analyzers in an environmental chamber and provide data to Quality
• assemble accurate customer documentation and report problems and failures.

Why this role
