What you'll do

• Maintain project files and trackers
• manage site plans and specifications
• prepare kickoff materials
• communicate with clients and vendors
• track project dates, milestones, inspections, and deadlines
• coordinate with operations, project managers, field managers, vendors, and subcontractors
• assist with permits and inspections
• track project documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders
• distribute approved plans and updates.
