The Operations Risk Manager is an onsite role in Moorefield, WV. The manager leads operational risk and quality assurance work across Operations, helping identify risks, strengthen controls, improve process quality, and support regulatory compliance. The role coordinates assessments, monitoring, remediation, reporting, and cross-functional risk oversight.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the Operations First Line of Defense risk framework
• lead Quality Assurance transaction reviews and monitoring
• coordinate risk assessments and control self-assessments
• monitor risk metrics and trends
• oversee issue remediation and validation
• partner with department leaders to address control deficiencies
• support audits and regulatory examinations
• prepare executive reporting
• manage QA and HMDA/CRA/1071 work schedules and data collection
• supervise staff across multiple locations.
