Description

This position is responsible for a comprehensive knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets. Completes participant nutritional assessments and reassessments as needed. Obtains participant food preferences and observes for adherence to dietary modifications. Determines adequacy of current diet and supplements when necessary.
