What you'll do

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers and lower-level analysts
• identify root causes and defects in Tier 1 applications and share findings with business partners
• analyze customer workflow issues
• translate requests into specifications or incidents
• troubleshoot assigned applications
• cross-train for Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs
• coordinate with vendors, Service Desk, Reporting, and Problem Management teams
• participate in a schedule rotation providing night and weekend support.
