The Insurance Risk Interviewer role is onsite in Lee’s Summit, MO. Pay is $17.50 per hour. The interviewer conducts telephone-based medical and financial interviews with life insurance applicants for multiple client companies.

What you'll do

• Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and conduct interviews or leave messages requesting a return call
• gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories
• review and edit collected information for quality assurance
• use call-management and phone systems to log attempts, document information, and record results
• learn each client company’s requirements
• respond professionally to clients, staff, and management
• follow compliance and safety policies.
